6.1.1. Indoor unit power supplied from outdoor unit (A-control application)
The following connection patterns are available.

S3 terminal has 24 V DC against S2 terminal. However between S3 and S1, these terminals are not electrically insulated by the transformer or other device.
Notes: 1. Wiring size must comply with the applicable local and national code.
2. Use copper supply wires.
3. Use wires rated 300V or more for the power supply cords and the indoor unit/outdoor unit connecting cords.
4. Install an earth longer than other cords.

6.2. Remote controller
Note:
When using a wired remote controller together with a wireless remote
controller, use the following IR wireless remote controller.
6.2.1. For wired remote controller
1) Two wired remote controllers setting
If two wired remote controllers are connected, set one to "Main" and the other to
"Sub". For setting procedures, refer to "Function selection of remote controller" in
the operation manual for the indoor unit.
Note:
When connecting two wired remote controllers, be sure to use the same
model of remote controller.
6.2.2. For IR wireless remote controller
1) Setting (Fig. 6-7)
1 Insert batteries.
2 Press the SET button with something sharp at the end.
