1. Hold the shaft of the hook to manipulate the
distal hook under the edge of the iris. Retract
toward the entry site as much as necessary.
2. Position the hook appropriately and slide the
silicone stopper towards the cornea to secure
the position.
WARNING: Do not over tighten any of the
hooks. Too much traction on the iris could
cause it to tear.

Removing the MST Iris Hooks™:
1. Slide the silicone stopper away from the
cornea the distance necessary to release the
iris.
2. Using forceps, disengage the hook from the
iris.
3. Carefully pull the hook from the eye and
gently manipulate it through the incision.
4. Repeat this process for the remaining hooks.

for single use. Reuse of the product could
compromise the integrity of the device and
result in injury to the patient.
