Unplug the power cord from the mains socket before carrying out any
installation, adjustment, repair, or operation.
REPLACEMENT OF THE CUTTING DISC
• Remove the cutting disc guard fig. C14 by unscrewing the fixing
screws.
• Using the special spanners (supplied), loosen the nut securing the cutting
disc Fig. C15.
Important! The nut must be unscrewed in the direction of rotation of the
cutting disc (left-hand thread).
• Remove the outer flange washer.
• Remove the cutting disc fig. C14 from the spindle shaft.
• Position the new cutting disc in a position where there is full
correspondence between the arrow placed on it and the direction
shown by the arrow placed on the cutting disc guard fig. C15.
• Clean the spindle shaft surfaces and flange washers.
• Install the new cutting disc (following the reverse order of the
removal process) and tighten the nut securing the cutting disc.
• Fit the cutting disc guard fig. C14, using screws.
• Twist the cutting disc by hand to check that it has full freedom of
movement.
• Connect the saw to the mains and start, allowing it to run at full speed
for a few minutes.
Ensure that the correct direction of rotation of the cutting
disc is maintained. The direction of rotation of the
machine spindle is shown by an arrow on the saw
housing.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
• When work is complete, carefully remove all pieces of material and
dust from the work table and the area around the cutting disc and its
guards.
• The saw is best cleaned with a piece of cloth or a brush.
• Do not use chemical cleaners to clean the chainsaw.
• Drain the water from the base into a suitable container by removing
the drain plug.
• Regularly clean the base and water pump of dirt.
• Keep the engine ventilation slots clear.
• Regularly check the tightness of all fixing screws and bolts. These
may loosen over time during operation.
• Always store the saw in a dry place out of the reach of children.

Besondere Sicherheitsbedingungen für Fliesensägen
• Die Netzspannung muss mit dem auf dem Typenschild der
Kettensäge angegebenen Wert übereinstimmen
• Die Säge darf nur an eine elektrische Anlage angeschlossen
werden, die mit einem Fehlerstromschutzschalter ausgestattet ist,
der die Stromzufuhr unterbricht, wenn der Leckstrom 30 mA in
weniger als 30 ms überschreitet.
• Verwenden Sie bei Arbeiten im Freien für die Stromversorgung der
Kettensäge nur Verlängerungskabel, die für Arbeiten im Freien
geeignet sind.
• Beim
Betrieb
der
Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen unbedingt zu beachten.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Drehrichtung der Trennscheibe mit der
markierten Drehrichtung des Sägemotors übereinstimmt.
