-Rotisserie (14): The rotisserie accessory is an accessory necessary for using the
"Rotisserie" function. To use it, it is necessary to insert the bar in the piece of meat
or poultry you wish to roast (a). Then, insert the forks (c) at the sides until the food
is centred on the bar. Use the wing nuts (b) to immobilise the forks. You can now
proceed to place the rotisserie inside the oven. Use the handle (d) to handle the
bar, make the handle wires coincide with the two lateral slots of the bar. Place the
bar in the oven, making each end of the bar coincide with the lateral holes that
you will find in the internal walls of the oven. Make sure that it is properly placed to
prevent the food from falling.
When activating the "Rotisserie" or "Turbo-Rotisserie" function, the bar will start to
slowly turn, allowing the food to roast uniformly.
04. CLEANING
Clean the oven after each use to ensure correct hygiene and performance of the
product. Before proceeding to clean, disconnect and unplug the oven. Wait for the
oven to cool down to avoid burns and other types of accidents.
To clean the oven and its accessories, we will use a damp cloth and neutral soap.
We will start with the crumb tray (10): the oven is equipped with a flat tray inside at
the bottom. Its function is to collect the crumbs, grease and other residues that may
drop from the food while it is cooking. This way it is easier to clean the bottom of
the oven. To clean it, it is as easy as gently pulling it out and wiping it with a cloth.
We will continue by cleaning the inside walls of the oven, the door and the elements.
Important: make sure that the oven has cooled down correctly. We will finish
with the outer structure and the wheels of the control panel.
Last of all, we will dry the oven with a clean, dry cloth. Remember that the
accessories are compatible with dishwashers.
ATTENTION
Do not use abrasive scourers or scrubbers as you could damage the walls of
the oven and the elements.
Never use industrial degreasers or petrol to clean the oven, as they are highly
toxic products.
Do not immerse the oven in water or in other liquids under any circumstances.
There is a risk of short-circuit.
