Using USB-C Port (Fig . 4)
The battery pack features a
USB-C port, which can provide
20V, 5A output to power
compatible USB devices.
a. Open the rubber USB-C port
cover.
b. Connect an appropriate USB
device (cell phone, etc.) to the
battery pack using a standard
USB-C cable (included in select kits).
c. Press the USB/fuel-gauge button to activate the USB-C port. The
USB indicator lights will flash green when powering a connected
device.
NOTE: After depressing the button, USB indicator lights will shine
solid green for 5 seconds and then go out if no USB device is
connected, yet the USB-C port will remain active for 10 minutes.
d. When finished powering an external device, disconnect the USB
cable, and close the USB-C port cover to protect the port from
moisture and contamination.
WARNING
charging. Discharging and charging at the same time may cause
damage to the battery pack and possible personal injury.
Fuel Gauge
The four LEDs on the battery comprise the Fuel Gauge, indicating
the current battery capacity when the USB/fuel-gauge button is
pressed.
The first LED of the fuel gauge will flash green to indicate that the
charge level of the battery pack is low. Recharge the battery pack
as needed.
