To begin with the handlebar assembly, remove the 4 screws and washers at the base of the handlebar
bracket. The handlebar frame (6) is attached to the handlebar post (5) with the flat washers (17), spring
washers (21) and button head screws (20), and tightened with a hex spanner (26).
