WARNING
This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and over and
persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or without
experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or have been
instructed in how to use the appliance safely and understand the
risks involved. Children should not play with the appliance. Children
must not clean or maintain the appliance without supervision.
SPECIAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Store the appliance indoors. Protect it from rain. 2.
2. The appliance is not intended as a toy. When children use it,
please take special care. 3.
3. Use as directed in this manual and only with equipment
recommended by the manufacturer.
4. Do not use with a damaged battery. If the unit has been dropped,
damaged, left outdoors in the rain, or dropped into water, return it
to a service centre.
5. Do not touch the unit with wet hands.
6. Do not insert any objects into the openings. Do not use with the
suction opening clogged; keep the vents clear of dust, hair, anything
that may obstruct the airflow.
7. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of the body away
from openings and moving parts.
8. Turn off the unit before removing the battery.
9. Take extra care when cleaning the stairs.
10. Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible materials, e.g.
liquids such as petrol. Do not use in areas where these may be
present.
11. Only use the charger supplied by the manufacturer to charge.
12. Do not draw in anything that is burning, such as cigarettes,
matches or hot ash.
13. Do not use without the dust bag and/or filters in place.
14. Do not charge the battery outdoors.
15. Only charge with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A
charger suitable for one type of battery may present a fire hazard
when used with another battery.
16. Use power tools only with specifically marked batteries. The use
of other batteries may present a risk of injury and fire.
17. When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other
metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other
small metal objects.
18. Under abnormal conditions, liquid may flow from the battery
pack; avoid contact. If accidental contact occurs, flush with water.

1. Read this manual and the charger manual carefully before use.
2. Do not pull in the following materials, such action may cause fire,
injury and/or property damage:
• Hot materials such as lit cigarettes or sparks / metal dust from
grinding / cutting metal.
• Flammable materials such as gasoline, thinner, paraffin or paint.
• Explosives such as nitroglycerine.
• Flammable materials such as aluminium, zinc, magnesium,
titanium, phosphorus or celluloid.
• Wet dirt, water, oil or similar.

• - Hard items with sharp edges such as wood chips, metals, stones,
broken glass, nails, pins or feathers.
• - Conductive dust, such as metal or carbon.
• - Fine particles such as concrete dust.
3. If you notice anything abnormal, stop work immediately.
4. If the hoover has been dropped or bumped, check carefully for
cracks or damage before restarting.
5. Do not go near cookers or other heat sources.
6. Do not block the inlet or ventilation openings.

PREPARATION TO WORK
MONTAGE
WARNING: Before carrying out any work on the power tool,
always ensure that the unit is switched off and the battery is
removed.
Remember to empty the hoover before the tank becomes
overfilled or the suction power weakens. Failure to do so may
result in clogging of the filter or damage to the motor.
1. Removing dust
To clean the filter, shake the dust container 4-5 times by hand. 2.
2. Removing the dust container
To remove the dust container, point the unit downwards, press the
locking button (2) lightly and slowly remove the container from the
main housing (9) (fig.A).
3. Removing the filter from the dust container
Pull out the Filter assembly from the Dust container (3) and remove
the dust and debris that accumulates inside the container. (Fig.B and
C).
