Problem
The display is not turned on

The dryer does not start
The laundry is not sufficiently dry or
drying time is too long
If you cannot correct the problem yourself, ask for assistance.
• Touch
• Unplug the appliance and call service.
Solution
Check the power supply.
Make sure the plug is properly inserted into the wall outlet.
Check the selected programme.
Touch
Empty the water container.
If the indicator is still on, contact customer service.
Clean the heat exchanger
Clean the filter.
Pour water into the opening under the water container.
Make sure the door is properly closed.
Make sure a programme has been selected.
Check if the Start button is pressed.
Remove lint, fibres and threads from the filter and clean heat
exchanger.
Empty the container.
Check the drain hose.
Dryer is encased to tightly.
Clear moisture sensor.
Do not block the air intake.
Apply a more intense drying programmed or extend the drying time.
