Staples:
1. Press the magazine loading lever (8) and open the
magazine (4);
2. Insert the staples in the magazine;
3. Close the magazine until it clicks back into place.
Nails:
1. Press the magazine loading lever (8) and open the
magazine (4);
2. Place the nails according to the markings on the
nail/staple gun head (1);
3. Close the magazine until it clicks back into place.
Before plugging in the power cord (5), make sure the
ON/OFF switch (7) is "OFF" positioned.
1. Connect the power cord and set "ON/OFF" switch to ON
position;
2. Touch the nail/staple gun head (1) firmly against the
workpiece to activate the push lever;
3. Press the trigger (2) to fire staple/nails.
If the head is not in contact with the workpiece and the
push lever is not pressed down, the nail/staple gun trigger
will not function for safety purposes.
The nail/staple gun should only be operated continuously
for a maximum of 30 minutes. After this time, allow it to rest
so as not to damage the equipment.
If the nail/staple gun is not being used, set the
ON/OFF switch off to "OFF" position and remove the
staples/nails.
The nail/staple gun is equipped with an impact control
knob (6) so that you can adjust the impact force according
to the workpiece material where you will use the machine.
"-" for thin and light materials such as sheets and fabrics.
"+" for thick and hard materials such as wood and walls.
Before you start operating, adjust and test the
optimum impact force on spare material.
The nail/staple gun has been designed to operate over a
long period of time with minimal maintenance. For
continued trouble-free operation, proper maintenance and
regular cleaning should be performed.
Before carrying out any inspection, maintenance or
cleaning tasks, turn off the nail/staple gun and unplug the
power cord.
In the event of staple/ nail jams, proceed as follows:
1. Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF position and unplug the
power cord;
2. Remove the rubber cover from the nail/staple head (1);
3. Using the hexagonal key supplied, remove the two bolts;
4. Remove the top plate;
5. Slightly pull the push lever away and remove the inner
plate;
6. Remove any jammed staples/nails;
7. Proceed in reverse order for assembly.
Pay attention to the order and position of all parts in
disassembly, in order to make correct assembly
easier.
Cleaning
After each use, remove all debris and clean all appliance's
parts. Wipe the power tool with a clean, damp cloth or blow
it with low pressure compressed air.
Careful handling protects the power tool and extends its
service life.
The nail/staple gun and its ventilation slots should be kept
clean. Clean ventilation slots regularly or when they
become clogged.
Storage
When not in use, store the nail/staple gun in a dry, clean
place, free of corrosive smoke and out of children's reach.
