Caution:
Follow the hygiene instructions and
ensure that the nebuliser handset is also
cleaned and disinfected before it is used
for the first time (see Chapter 5,
HYGIENIC REPROCESSING).
Connection to the power
supply
The device can be operated with
rechargeable batteries, non-rechargeable
batteries or connected to the mains power
supply via the power adapter supplied.
Mains power operation
(100 V~ to 240 V~)
Caution:
- Only use the power adapter supplied.
- If the power adapter is damaged or
faulty, discontinue use immediately.
• Plug the connector of the power adapter
into the control unit:
• Plug the power plug on the power
adapter into the socket.
When the adapter is plugged into the
socket, the device is ready for use.

Changing the country-specific adapter:
• Disconnect the power adapter from the
socket.
• Push the interchangeable adapter
upwards from the bottom until it
detaches from the power adapter.
• Attach the country-specific adapter
(interchangeable adapter, 9a) by insert-
ing and sliding it into place:

• Make sure that the adapter engages in
the power adapter housing.
