6.5 Placing out of operation
When the appliance is not being used:
Switch off the appliance.
Unplug the appliance from the socket.
Clean the appliance (see 7.2 Cleaning).

Maintenance/Cleaning
DANGER!
Danger of life due to electrocution!
Unplug the appliance before every maintenance or cleaning.
Prior to any maintenance or cleaning, make sure that the mains switch is visible.
7.1 Maintenance
Ask exclusively qualified personnel to do the maintenance of the appliance.
7.2 Cleaning
Clean the appliance after every use.
Switch off the appliance before cleaning it.
Let the appliance cool down.
Unplug the appliance from the socket.
Do not use aggressive cleaning stuff.
Do not use corrosive cleaning supplies.
For cleaning use exclusively:
soft cleaning products
products for stainless steel
To clean the appliance:
Remove the food container and the supply slide.
Open the lid lock.
Remove the lid.
Remove the cutters and the pusher.
Wipe the appliance with a moist cloth and cleaning product.
Wipe the the stud that holds the disk with a moist cloth and cleaning product.
Dry the appliance with a soft and clean cloth.
Assemble the cutters and the pusher.
Assemble the lid.
Close the lid lock.
