Make sure your mounting locations are within reach of other interlinked detectors. The
detectors have a transmission range of 100 meters without obstructions, such as walls,
ceilings, doors and windows.
Do not mount detector on these locations
Areas with high-humidity (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms), insects, dust/dirt, easily polluted and
high-temperature.
Within 1.5 meters of lamps, next to air outlets (e.g. doors/windows), fans and central heating.
In top of room with sloping roofs, in the corner of the room or other dead-air spaces.
Places with difficult access, making it difficult to operate the test function.
Mounting instructions
Step 1: Twist the mounting bracket counterclockwise off the detector.
Step 2: Put the bracket on the mounting position and mark the 2 screw holes.
Step 3: Drill two 5mm mounting holes and insert the two plastic anchor plugs by hammer.
Step 4: Screw the mounting bracket to the ceiling or the wall.
Step 5: Attach the detector to the mounting bracket and turn clockwise to lock the detector.
