Amps Draw Measurement - Option 2: In-line Amp Draw Test

Important to note:
Due to the high current (Amps) in the circuit during in-line test, it is best to connect
up the circuit first with the Tester while the vehicle is in OFF position. This is because
there may be sparking at the connection terminals caused by the instant placing of
the probes in-line with the live circuit and this will damage the probes' tips and also
it is dangerous working in non-ventilated area.
Note: Do Not operate for more than 120 secs (2 minutes) on high Amps test mode.
Recommendation:
It is best to use Test Leads Kits where you can find various kinds of leads with
various sizes and shapes (round, flat) terminals in it that were ready to be used for
the in-line connection from the tester to the testing components before running the
circuit. Moreover, it can provide good and secure connections.**
