Cleaning and maintenance
– Clean the grill/griddle plate with a soft, non-abrasive sponge
moistened with warm soapy water. Wipe off with a soft moist
cloth.
– Allow the grill/griddle plate and probe socket to air dry
completely.
– To re-season the grill/griddle plate, use kitchen paper to
rub a thin layer of cooking oil on the cooking surface before
storing.
• Drip tray: Remove the drip tray from the bamboo base
Dispose of the oil in an environmentally friendly manner. Wash
the drip tray in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. The
drip tray is dishwasher safe.
• Bamboo base: Wipe the bamboo base with a soft cloth moistened
with water. Allow to air dry completely.
Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the
reach of children and pets.
• Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when
it is not in use for an extended period of time.
