ARBITRATION NOTICE: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT
REQUIRES YOU AND LG TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY BINDING ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT,
UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO OPT OUT. IN ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS ARE NOT
PERMITTED. PLEASE SEE THE SECTION TITLED "PROCEDURE FOR RESOLVING DISPUTES" BELOW.
Should your LG TONE Free ("Product") fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal
and proper use, during the warranty period set forth below, LG Electronics ("LG") will, at its option,
repair or replace the Product. This limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the
Product and applies only when purchased lawfully and used within the United States including U.S.
Territories.
WARRANTY PERIOD
PARTS/LABOR:
1 Year from the date of original
retail purchase
- Replacement Products and parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty
period or ninety (90) days, whichever is greater.
- Replacement Products and parts may be new, reconditioned, refurbished, or otherwise factory
remanufactured.
- Any replaced Product and/or parts will be the property of LG.

The original sales invoice specifying the Product and date of
purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
