Preparation:

Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy.

Add the egg yolks and beat until frothy and all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Add the fl our and baking powder and mix.
4.
Following this add the milk and mineral water and beat again.
5.
Whisk the egg whites, then fold into the batter.

Ingredients:
• 900 g courgettes
• 3 spring onion stalks
• 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
• 500 g fl our
• 2 packets baking powder
• salt, pepper
Preparation:

Finely chop the courgettes with a multi chopper.

Also chop the spring onions, garlic and feta.
3.
Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix to a paste.
4.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Depending on the consistency of the dough, stir in a little more milk.
