GUARANTEE
1. The products are designed to offer the highest quality standards in the do-it-yourself
sector. We offer a 24-month warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. This
warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects that may arise. No other claim of any
nature whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly related to workmanship and/or materials, shall
be admissible.
2. Should any defect or problem be observed in the product, you should always consult your
defect.
3. Repairs or replacement of parts will not extend the original warranty period.
4. Defects due to improper use or normal wear and tear of the product are not covered by
the warranty. Among other issues, reference is made to the wear and tear of circuit breakers,
circuit protection switches and motors.
5. Any claim you submit during the warranty period can only be processed if the following
requirements are met:
• The cash register receipt is presented as valid proof of the date of purchase of the product.
• No repairs and/or replacements have been made to the product by third parties.
• The device has not been used incorrectly (e.g. overloading, or installation of accessories
not approved by the manufacturer).
• The product has not been damaged due to external factors or foreign bodies such as sand
or stones.
• The product has not been damaged due to non-compliance with the safety measures and
instructions for use provided.
6. The warranty criteria apply in conjunction with our terms and conditions of sale and
shipment of the product.
7. Defective tools returned through the distributor will be accepted as long as the product is
correctly packed. If the consumer decides to send a defective product directly, it can only be
processed if the consumer pays the shipping costs.
8. Products shipped improperly packaged will not be accepted.
