WASH, RINSE & SANITIZE DETACHABLE SHAFT
1.
Rinse the detachable stick under running water. Scrub and flush the stainless-steel
shaft, blade and blade guard to dislodge and remove as much food residue as
possible.
2.
Wipe the detachable stick with a soft cloth or sponge dampened with the washing
solution.
3.
Immerse approximately 3/4 the length of the stainless-steel shaft in a container of
washing solution. Blend on HI for 2 minutes.
4.
Repeat steps #3 and #4, using clean rinse water in place of the washing solution.
CAUTION: TO MINIMIZE THE POSSIBILITY OF SCALDING, TEMPERATURE OF
WASHING SOLUTION AND RINSE WATER MUST NOT EXCEED 115°F (46°C).
5.
Do not rinse the detachable stick after sanitizing is completed. Allow to air-dry.
CLEAN & SANITIZE MOTOR BASE/HANDLE
WARNING: DO NOT IMMERSE MOTOR BASE/HANDLE IN WASHING SOLUTION,
RINSE WATER, OR SANITIZING SOLUTION. PREVENT LIQUID FROM RUNNING
INTO THE MOTOR BASE/HANDLE.
1.
Carefully wipe and clean the motor base/handle exterior with a damp cloth or a
sponge dampened with sanitizing solution after every use.
2.
Allow motor base/handle to air-dry before using.
