If the SO-7500 loses power suddenly, especially during continuous peak volume output, it is
possible that the LINE FUSE may have burnt out. Follow the steps below to replace it to try to
resolve the issue:
1. Set the POWER ON/OFF SWITCH located on the back panel to the "O" OFF position, and
unplug the power cord from the back of the unit. Then use a flat head screw driver to pull out
the FUSE COMPARTMENT from the AC SOCKET as shown.
2. Carefully push the SPARE FUSE out with the screw driver.
3. Grip and pull the burnt LINE FUSE from the fuse clip and discard it.
4. Grip the SPARE FUSE and carefully snap it back into the fuse clip as shown.
5. Reconnect the AC Power Cord, Speaker Cables and then the AUX IN cables (if applicable)
before switching the SO-7500 ON again.
Note: If the Amplifier still fails to turn ON or the fuse blows again, it may have developed a
more serious problem than expected. Please stop using it immediately and call 1-800-777-5331
for product service and support. Always refer all repair service to qualified service personnel.

WARNINGS
Your Amplifier contains sufficient levels of voltage and current to be lethal. Do not attempt to
open the product cabinet and tamper with the components or parts inside the amplifier unit. Even
with the power turned OFF, an electric charge may still remain stored in the internal capacitors
for some time. Always refer any required service to an authorized SōLIS dealer or other qualified
The positive and negative
terminals of the Amplifier
Speaker Outputs and

reversed.
Volume level is too high.
Sound source is distorted.
VACUUM TUBES may have
developed a problem.
An active paired Bluetooth
device is already connected
to SO-7500 system.
REPLACING THE LINE FUSE
: STRICTLY FOR EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED PERSONNEL ONLY !
Remove the speaker cables and
re-connect them correctly and securely.
Turn volume down until sound quality
returns to normal.
MP3 or other lossy digital audio files are
of relatively low quality and may sound
worse on a quality system. Suggest to
try a DDD class music CD for AUX
inputs or lossless digital music files for
external Bluetooth enabled devices.
Try to replace both VACUUM TUBES at
the same time with a new pair.
You need to turn off the Bluetooth
function of the currently connected
external Bluetooth device so as to
release the SO-7500 system for a new
pairing and connection.
