The user is not allowed to disassemble the product themselves or replace any
of the parts. This product is limited to the use of our replacement parts.

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special flexible
cord or component obtained from our company or customer service. Do not
disassemble the unit yourself.

Discontinue use if you notice any deformation of the inner pot, and buy a new
pot from our range to avoid damaging the device.
•
Do not move the device immediately after use. Wait for the device to cool
down. Use the device's handle when moving it. Do not hold the device by the
housing or other places.
•
The food and water poured into the pot must comply with the instructions in
the user manual.
•
The contact surface between the bottom of the pot and the heating plate
should be kept clean. To avoid deformation and other abnormalities, the pot
should not be heated or boiled on other heat sources.

The inner container is coated (or made of stainless steel). To avoid scratches
and prolong service life, avoid using hard objects such as steel balls for
cleaning. Use wooden or plastic rice spoons.
•
After prolonged use, the coating of the pot may discolour. However, this has
no negative effects on use or health. You can continue using the pot without
hesitation.
•
So as not to affect the taste of the food, it is recommended not to use the
keep warm mode for more than 6 hours.

Clean the device regularly to prolong the life of the device.
•
Yellowish rice or rice sticking to the bottom of the pot is a normal
phenomenon, which is due to the normal range of fluctuation of the product's
temperature control element, and is also affected by the fluctuation of the
ambient voltage.
•
On first use, there will be a small amount of smoke or a slight smell of glue
caused by the initial heating of the components. This is a normal phenomenon
that will automatically disappear after a few minutes of dry combustion (and
does not affect the food in the inner container).
