INSTALLING YOUR TELEVISION
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Have a second person help you unpack the TV and place it on a stable surface that can bear
its weight.
Warning: To avoid danger, please do not install the TV near water or extreme heat (such as
a furnace, light source, or candle.) Do not block the ventilation on the back of the TV. When
placing on a shelf, 10 cm (4 inches) of free space must be available around the entire unit.
2. Connect any antenna cables to the RF connection on the back or side of the TV. Also
connect any HDMI cables to the HDMI input(s) on the rear or side of the TV.
3. Plug the TV into the wall power outlet (AC100-240V~ 50/60Hz).
4. Turn on the TV. While in standby mode, the power indicator light will be red. Press the
power button on the TV or remote control. The light will change to green.
WALL MOUNTING
Your TV may have mounting holes in the rear for wall mounting. The manufacturer
recommends professional installation for wall mounting. Ma ke sure that the wall chosen
for mounting will safely support the TV's size and weight with the bracket and fasteners
used. Keep all cables connected to this flat panel display out of reach of children.
The installer must attach a mounting bracket (not supplied) to the rear of the unit (see the
mounting holes below). Both the mounting bracket and wall must be secure. If the feet /
stand is attached to the TV, it must be removed.
