The personal protective equipment listed above refers to the use of the lift in normal working environments.
Where specific controls highlight specific situations of risk, they must be supplemented as indicated in the
risk assessment document and in accordance with current workplace safety regulations.

HOW TO USE THE LIFT
Assembly
• Ensure that the area in front of the bicycle loading ramp is clear of obstacles that could impede/restrict movements.
• Ensure that the walls and ceiling (or any objects hanging from it, e.g., lamps or other equipment) do not interfere in any way
with the bicycle or the platform during handling operations.
• Ensure that the floor is free from water or other liquids that could make it slippery.
The checks indicated above must be carried out before each use of the workbench.
WHILE WORKING WITH THE LIFT:
• Do not modify, tamper with and/or bypass the safety devices mounted on the workbench (spring clamp, clamping levers,
tightening knobs, brake release lever).
• In the event of anomalies during operations (anomalous noises, malfunctions...), STOP IMMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT
BETA UTENSILI S.p.A.
• Comply in full with the instructions given in this manual during all operating stages.
TRANSPORT AND HANDLING
The workbench comprises a main body, formed of the support frame and a platform. The two parts CANNOT be operated
separately.
The workbench must be moved manually (with the help of a second operator), and with the platform in lowered position. The
platform must be load-free (without bicycle or bicycle frames) when moving the lift.
When moving, great care must be taken to avoid collisions that could damage the workbench and thus compromise its operation
and reliability.
The workbench must be placed in a position that allows the operator to work safely during normal operations, cleaning and
maintenance.
The workbench installation position must be such that it cannot be operated by personnel who have not read this manual.
INSTALLATION – PREPARATION FOR COMMISSIONING
The workbench must be installed only by personnel who have read and fully understood this manual.
Environmental conditions
The workbench was designed and manufactured for work in an indoor space, sheltered from the weather.
