Mounting Options
The Dermlite FOTO system provides fora variety
of Power Pack attachment configurations.
For mounting the unit onto a photographic
camera with flash shoe, you may choose to
mount the Power Pack as shown in option A.
Should you wish to use your product in
combination with a camcorder or a camera
without flash shoe compatibility, you may wish
to mount the Power Pack with the help of the
included Flash Foot Adapter, shown in opti o n B.

Charging the Power Pack
CAUTION: FOR SAFETY REASONS, NEVER ATTEMPT
TO CONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY DIRECTLY TO THE
POWERPACK.
CAUTION: NEVERATTEMPTTO CONNECTTHE POWER
SUPPLY DIRECTLY TO FOTO LIGHTHEAD.
The Lithium-lon Power Pack should be recharged when
not in use and with the supplied 3Gen Charger only.
Plug the charging cord into the Power Pack, and connect
the universal power supply to the Charger.
The universal power supply can be fitted with an
international 220V plug, using the tool provided.
Tip: You may want to keep the Charger on your desk,
or within easy reach, and keep the power supply out
ofsight.
CAUTION: DO NOT RECHARGE POWER PACK WHILE IN
USE. ONLY RECHARGE WITH ORIGINAL 3GEN CHARGER.
CAUTION: WHENEVER WORKING WITH ELECTRICAL
COMPONENTS, ALWAYS CHECK CABLES ANO
COMPONENTS FORVISIBLE SIGNS OFWEAR. DO NOT
HAN DLE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS THAT SHOW SIGNS
OFWEAR.
