CARE
The efficiency of the range hood system depends on the cleanliness of the intake and filters.
The frequency of cleaning depends on the amount and type of cooking.
o Do not use the ventilating system without the filters in place or with grease-laden filters or surfaces.

Always unplug or disconnect the appliance from the power supply before servicing,
WARNING:
Be sure the entire hood (inciuding the fiiters and Hightbuibs) has cooled and grease h
solidified before attempting to dean any part of the appliance,
Filters
The metal grease filters are made of anodized
aluminum and are long lasting.
To Remove The Metal Grease Filters
Turn the fan and lights off.
o Push each handle towards the back and pull
downwards.
To Replace The Meta! Grease Fitters
Reverse procedure.
To Clean Filters
o it is recommended that the fiiters be washed at
bast once a month; they can be washed by
hand or in the dishwasher.
Drain water through edge hobs and iet each
fiiter dry thoroughiy before repiacing it.

ciockwise) and repiace with a new 120 Voit, 50
Watt (maximum) 50 °halogen Hightmade for a
GUIO base, suitabte for use in open
tuminarie,

Remove the Hightshieid unscrewing the side
screw, HiRingit outwards to release, and siiding it
towards the right hand side and remove
Remove the damaged Hight(rotate counter
clockwise) and replace with a new 40 W max
(E14) iamp.
CAUTION:
Before repiace the iamps, switch power off at
service panei and Hockservice panei disconnecting
means to prevent power from being switched on
accidentaliy.
NOTE:
Turn off the lights and fan. Allow the
tights to cooJ before handling.
If new tights do
not operate be sure Jights are inserted
correctly
before calling
service.
Optional
Charcoal
Filters
if the modei is not vented to the outside, the air wili
be recirculated through disposabie charcoai fiiters
that heip remove smoke and odors.
The charcoai fiiters cannot be cieaned.
They must be repiaced.
The charcoai fiiters are chipped inside of each metai
grease fiiter (mounting instructions inciuded with
charcoai fiiters kit).
The charcoai fiiters shouid be repiaced when they
are noticeably dirty or
discolored (usualiy after 6-12 months, depending
on hood usage),
NOTE: DO NOT rinse, or put charcoal filters in an
automatic dishwasher,
NOTE: Charcoai fiiters are not
inciuded with the hood,
They must be ordered from your supplier,
Order the needed kit specifying your hood model
and width size,
