You are preparing greasy

or heating elements still have
grease or oil residues from
previous use.
The food is burning.
There is too much food inside
the oven.
The temperature is too low
or you have programmed too
little time.
You have selected the wrong
function.
Food is stacked or in close
proximity to each other
during cooking.
The position of the oven tray,
air fryer basket or oven rack
has not been adjusted.
Foods with high water

Short-circuit in the
temperature controller.
It is normal for it to happen
during the first use. It is
recommended to set the oven
at maximum temperature and
let it run on empty for 18 to 20
minutes.
This is normal when cooking
greasy foods. This will not
affect the cooking process.
Ensure that each component
is thoroughly cleaned after
each use.
Immediately turn off the oven
and remove the food.
Do not put too much food in
the oven at once.
Select a higher temperature
or set a longer time.
Make sure you select the
correct function.
Be sure to distribute the
ingredients evenly.
Insert the desired tray in the
correct position. Be careful,
these components can be
very hot.
Spraying or brushing a
small amount of oil on food

results.
