1. Warning - Do not use this product without reading the instructions first.
2. Warning - Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury.
3. Warning - SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have suffocated in gaps between extra padding and
side of the Crib and on soft bedding. Use only the pad provided by manufacturer. NEVER add a
pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
4. Warning - To reduce the risk of SIDS, paediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their
backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
5. Warning - If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the Crib manufacturer or
one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the Crib mattress.
6. Warning – The Crib is designed to provide a sleeping area for an infant until he or she begins
to push up on hands and knees or approximately 5 months of age. Move your child to another
sleeping product when your child reaches this stage.
7. Warning: A baby who is being sick will need watching. This mattress may not soak up vomit. This is
a mattress, do not add a second mattress, suffocation hazards.
8. Warning - Do not place the Crib close to an open fire or other heat source.
9. Warning - Ensure that the Crib is fully erected and all the locking mechanisms engaged before
placing your child in this Crib.
10. Warning - To prevent injury from falls when the child is able to climb out of the Crib, the playpen
shall no longer be used for that child.
11. Warning - ATTENTION: Do not leave anything in the Crib which could provide a foothold or create a
danger of suffocation or strangulation.
