running water.
- Clean the blade with the brush to remove any hair (Fig. 11). It is
recommended to clean the blade thoroughly every 6 months.
- Lubricate the blade periodically and whenever the lubrication
indicator appears on the display.
Cleaning precautions
- Only the guide comb and protective cover can be removed
from the product for cleaning.
- Cleaning should only be carried out with a soft brush, such as
the one supplied with the product.
Use only the supplied light oil or sewing machine oil on the

- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scouring pads or
aggressive liquids such as alcohol, petrol or acetone to clean
the trimmer and accessories.
- Do not immerse the blade or any other part of the appliance
in water.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing of the appliance.
Storage
- Make sure that the appliance is switched off. Remove the
power cord from the outlet and the appliance before storing
it in a safe, dry place where it cannot be crushed, knocked or
damaged.
Do not wrap the cord around the appliance when storing it.
