Before use, please read these instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place for future reference. When passing
on the appliance to a third person, make sure to include these instructions for use.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
GENERAL
• Incorrect use of the product can cause damage or injury.
• Use the product for the sole purpose for which it was designed. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or
injury caused by incorrect use.
• For home use only. Not for commercial or external use. Only for AC 220-240V ~ 50/60Hz power supply.
• Do not immerse the product or the power cable in water and do not allow water to enter the engine.
• Do not touch the power cord or plug with wet hands.
• Do not expose the product to direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity, dust or corrosive substances. Keep the
product under constant surveillance during use.
• There are sharp parts inside: keep children away.
• Use only the accessories supplied or recommended by the manufacturer. This product is not a toy: be careful if there
are children nearby.
• The appliance must not be used by people with reduced physical, mental or sensory capacities (children included),
unable, unless they are under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety.
USE
• Do not use on hot liquids or very hot food. Make sure that the food is cold enough to avoid scalding in case of
accidental skin contact.
• Do not use for mixing large foods or metal utensils as they may cause a fire or risk of electric shock. Always add liquid
when mixing fruit or vegetables.
• Do not use the blender if the bowl is cracked or broken.
• Always use the blender with the lid in place.
• Do not use continuously for more than 2 minutes.
• The maximum duration of use should not exceed 2 minutes: wait for the device to cool down to room temperature
before using it again.
• Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply before changing accessories or approaching
moving parts during use
• When the device is turned off, the blade turns again for a moment: attention! The blades are very sharp: be careful
when cleaning them!
• Cleaning and maintenance can be done by children over 8 years old but under adult supervision.
CABLE AND PLUG
• Do not dangle the cable from the work surface.
• Be careful not to pull or trip over the power cord. Keep the cable away from heat sources, hot objects or open
flames.
• Disconnect the cable from the mains before cleaning and when not in use. To disconnect the cable from the power
supply, do not pull on the cable but grasp the plug.
• Make sure the cable is fully extended.
• The cable must not be twisted or wrapped around the appliance.
• Check regularly that the cable or plug are not damaged and that the product has not fallen: in this case, do not use it.
• If the product, cable or plug are damaged, have it checked by an authorized center. Don't attempt the repair yourself.
Contact your dealer for repair, if under warranty.
