1. There is nothing wrong with the power source or the cable, but the following elements may occur:
* The machine is not activated when the power switch is connected.
* The engine screeches.
2. An abnormal noise is produced while the system is operating
3. The pressure switch is not activated but the safety valve is activated and is giving off compressed
air.
4. There is an air leak.
5. The air pressure does not increase.
6. When touching the metal part you get a slight electric shock.
7. Another abnormality is observed during operation.
1. When the machine is used in a cold environment.
In order to avoid the machine malfunctioning due to freezing.
I) Heat up the machine before use.
II) Before using the machine, connect the electric socket directly to the main power supply and heat
it up (allow it to run for a while with the release tap open). When the extension cable or the drum
cable is used, ensure that a cable with a cross-section of 3 mm² or more is used, and ensure it
reaches 20 m in length when fully stretched out.
2. When using the auxiliary chamber.
In order to avoid any risk of an accident or a reduced output due to incorrect connection:
I) Carefully read the instruction manual for the auxiliary chamber used.
II) Ensure the special air chock is used for the special connection orifice of the machine's auxiliary
chamber.
III) When attaching or disconnecting a special air pipe connection used to connect the machine and
the special auxiliary chamber, ensure that the air chamber of the machine is not filled with com-
pressed air.
Bleed the drain (water) from the machine.
At the end of the work, open the release tap slowly to fully bleed the compressed air and the drain
(water) from inside the air chamber until the pressure indicator needle reaches 0.
* Unless the drain (water) has been bled, rust will develop on the inside of the air chamber, which will
create problems.
Inspect the machine at regular intervals.
In order to maintain the machine in good working order, clean and inspect it regularly. Please contact
