4.1
Restrictions
Changes to or modifications of any machine parts are not permitted
without the manufacturer's approval.
4.2
Warranty
Duni warrants that for ONE YEAR after purchase, the product will be free
from any manufacturing or material defects. In case of product malfunction
during the warranty period, Duni or any other partner appointed by Duni will
repair the product free of charge except when caused by negligent usage or
normal wear and tear.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Note! Do not attempt to repair the machine yourself or troubleshoot parts
that you are not familiar with. It is not safe and it may forfeit your warranty.
If the problem persists, please consult your local technical service.
Q1. The machine does not start to operate when using auto sealing mode.
A1.
• Make sure that the container sensor is clean.
• Adjust the sensitivity of the container sensor.
• If nothing else works, change the sensor.
Q2. The sealing film is not being properly sealed/cut.
A2.
• Ensure that you are using recommended containers and sealing film.
• Make sure that the sealing film has been mounted in the correct way.
• Try different setting parameters for sealing temperature and sealing
time. They could be set too low, resulting in poor sealing.
• Clean the surface of the heating plate.
• Check the container for any deformations.
• Make sure that the cassette is not damaged.
• The knife may need to be cleaned.
• One of the upper tool springs could be defective, resulting in uneven
pressure (will typically occur after approximately 100.000 cycles).
• One of the heating plate springs could be defective, resulting in une-
ven pressure (will typically occur after approximately 300.000 cycles).
Q3. The rewinding of the sealing film is not functioning properly.
A3.
• Make sure that the film sensor is clean.
• Adjust the sensitivity of the film sensor.
• The film sensor may be defective and needs to be replaced.
• The main board may have crashed.
Q4. The machine does not start when pushing the POWER button
A4.
• Make sure that the power plug is connected to the power outlet.
• The fuse on the main board may need to be changed.
• The connectors on the main board may be loose and need to be
plugged in correctly.
Q5. The cassette is stuck in its in- and out movement.
A5.
• Make sure that all moving parts and tracks are well lubricated.
