TROUBLESHOOTING (for models with automatic ignition)
Problem
The engine is
not running.
The engine
runs, but the
burner does
not ignite and
after a few
seconds the
unit shuts
down.
The heater
turns off
during
operation.
Possible cause
No power supply
Ambient temperature
higher than that set on the
device.
The safety thermostat has
tuned off.
Gas valve closed.
Empty gas tank.
The gas nozzle is clogged.
The gas solenoid valve is
closed.
No ignition spark.
Too much gas.
Insufficient air flow.
Insufficient gas flow due to
frost on the tank.

Solution
Check the control board with
a meter.
Set a higher temperature on
the appliance.
Wait a minute and press the
reset button.
Open the valve.
Connect a filled tank.
Remove the nozzle and clean
it.
Check the gas solenoid valve
for proper operation.
Check the space between the
ignition electrodes.
Check the gas regulator and
replace it if necessary.
Check the motor for proper
operation.
Check and if necessary
replace with a larger gas tank
or connect two tanks
simultaneously to supply the
device.
