Please, read the operating instructions carefully before using the product. You must also observe the operating and safety instructions applicable to the equipment
with which you use the product. The operating instructions are intended for any person who sets up, operates, cleans or disposes of the device. You must include all
the documents if you transfer the product to a third party.
Intended use
The Porsche 911 Spotlight Classic is a table lamp and is suitable only for private use.
Safety information
NOTE!
1. Never allow children to use the device unsupervised. The packaging may
present a suffocating hazard. Children frequently underestimate dangers.
Keep children away of the product at all times.
2. Please keep the Porsche 911 Spotlight Classic away from water and all
other liquids.
3. If you need to clean the Porsche 911 Spotlight Classic, make sure that it is
disconnected from the mains power supply.
4. Make sure that the Porsche 911 Spotlight Classic is dry at all times. If it
has come into contact with liquids, disconnect it from the mains power
supply, allow it to dry and then clean the surface..
5. Do not use force on the controls, connections and cables.
6. The device must be operated only at the voltage specified on the
nameplate.
7. This device must be cleaned only with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use any
aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, or those containing alcohol.
8. Pull the plugs, not the cables.
9. Always position the unit horizontal, on the rubber-coated surface on the
bottom of the lamp.
10. To prevent the device from falling down, do not position it close to an
edge [edge of a table or shelf]. Secure the device from falling down, if
necessary.
11. You should always choose a level surface.
The device must always stand vertically.
12. The Porsche 911 Spotlight Classic must be
used only for the stated purpose.
13. Never use the Porsche 911 Spotlight Classic if it is damaged. Make sure
that the power supply unit and the connection cable are free from damage.
Damaged devices and accessories must no longer be used, and should be
secured against further use.
14. The Porsche 911 Spotlight Classic must only be used indoors. Do not
operate the device near running water or in damp rooms.
15. Do not look directly into the lamp when it is switched on.
16. Do not modify the device in any way. Unauthorised modifications may
compromise safety. The warranty will become invalid in such a case.
17. Maintenance and repair work extending beyond the replacement of the
light source, should only be carried out by qualified and skilled persons or
by specialist workshops.
18. Do not cover the lamp. Excessive heat generation can cause fires.
19. When not in use, always store the unit in a dry and clean location at room
temperature, out of direct sunlight, and out of the reach of children.
This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children)
having restricted physical, sensory or mental facilities, or lack of knowledge
and experience, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety, or if have received instructions from that person on how to use the
device. A danger of injury exists.
