TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If the iBT10 appears not to work, check the
following:
Make sure the battery is plugged in / plugged in
correctly.
Make sure the battery is charged.
Make sure the iBT10 is paired to a device
(smartphone, smart TV, another device).
Make sure the earphone headset is plugged in
securely.
Make sure the neck loop is securely plugged in
and that the hearing aid is set to the T setting /
program.
If the iBT10 battery is not charging (no LEDs
are on), make sure the USB charging cable is
securely plugged into the USB mains adapter
and the iBT10. Make sure the USB mains adapter
is securely plugged in to the mains electrical wall
socket.
