26. Using the pilot holes as a guide, attach two Locking Casters (T) to the Bottom Front Stretcher (E) and
two Swivel Casters (U) to the Bottom Back Stretcher (F) with four 15 mm Screws (8) per caster.
27. Stand the assembled unit upright. With the pilot holes as a guide, attached eight Metal Brackets (9) at the
joints where the Bottom Stretchers (E and F) meet the Side Panels (B and C), using two 12 mm Screws
(6) per bracket.
