USE
The appliance has the following regulator devices:
Thermostat knob (1). This sets the temperature inside
the oven (max 230°C approx.): turn the knob to the
temperature value required and the heating elements
will switch on, switching off when the set temperature is
reached, and back on again when it decreases.
Selector knob (2). This selects the oven's cooking mode
and operates the top and/or bottom heating elements
or both.
In detail:
Top element: cooks foods mainly on
the top + inside ventilation
Bottom element: cooks foods mainly
on the bottom + inside ventilation
Top + bottom element: uniform
cooking + inside ventilation
Top element: cooks foods mainly on
the top
Bottom element: cooks foods mainly
on the bottom
Top + bottom element: uniform
