4 . 5 T R A N S P O R T .
DANGER
WARNING
When transporting critically defective hazardous materials, the area above
the transport container must be kept free.
The relevant legal provisions must be observed during transport. This also
applies to any additional markings or labels.
Ensure that all of the lock eyes of the toggle clamp latches are properly
placed on the hook and that all toggle clamp latches are closed.
Lift the transport container with a suitable lifting tool only by using the
intended access opening.
It is necessary to place non-slip mats under the base of the transport
container to increase the adhesion resistance. The load is secured by
lashing it down with lashing straps placed over the lid.
Danger due to suspended load!
Do not allow members of staff to stand under or in
the direct vicinity of the transport box during
transport!
Risk of tipping!
The transport box must always be transported in
horizontal position! Careless transport can result in
shifting weight and increase the risk of accidents!
