Setting the 300-mbar version
1. Setting the ignition burner pressure
- Run the boiler at 2nd stage, activating the thermostat(s).
- A: Connect a manometer to the pressure outlet
- Set the ignition burner pressure to 400 mmWG with the adjustment
screw on the pressure regulator B.
By turning to the right, the pressure increases.
By turning to the left, the pressure is reduced.
The pressure regulator is necessary to:
- Reduce the pressure in the gas pipe situated between the
Multiblock and the burner.
- Balance variations in gas supply pressure.
- Settings are made using a fine thread screw.
Between the minimum and maximum pressure setting, there are
around 60 turns.
Output pressure range: 40-500 mmWG.
2. Setting the pressure - 2nd stage
- Connect a manometer to the pressure socket located on the
manifold.
- Run the boiler at 2nd stage, activating the thermostat(s).
- Free the cylindrical split head screw C by around one turn.
- Set the flow rate by turning the setting button D.
By turning the the right, the flow rate is reduced.
By turning to the left, the flow rate increases.
If the 2nd stage pressure cannot be reached, continue setting
with screw B.

3. Setting the pressure - 1st stage
- Run the boiler at 1st stage by activating the burner on selector
switch on the boiler control panel.
- Set the flow in such a way as to obtain pressure at the injectors (0.5
x Pressure - Stage2)
Pressions de réglage et marquages des injecteurs calibrés
(page:8)
- Set the 1st stage flow with the ring E.
By turning the the right, the flow rate is reduced.
By turning to the left, the flow rate increases.
- Tighten the inhibitor screw C
4. Setting the start-up progressivity (or initial flow)
G : Protective hood
In the factory, the progressivity is set to minimum (low start-up
pressure).
Depending on the installation conditions, adjust the progressivity
setting in order to guarantee optimum boiler start-up.
- Unscrew the protection cap.
Use like a spanner to turn the setting rod H until you obtain the
desired initial flow.
Set the 1st stage flow with the ring E.
By turning the the right, the flow rate is reduced.
By turning to the left, the flow rate increases.
- Put the cap back in place.
