1. Applications of Microscope:
This series of microscopes can be used for biological, pathological, bacteriological
observation, teaching, professional research, clinical experiment and routine medical
examination in medical and health institutions, laboratories, agricultural science
institutes, research institutes and colleges and universities. This product is easy to use,
safe and reliable. With appropriate auxiliary equipment, the microscope can play a
huger advantage in the demonstration of education, image acquisition, storage and
analysis of processing.
2. Working Principle
The working principle of the microscope is shown in Figure 1. The illuminator (a)
provides the light source, and the light passes through the condenser lens system (b)
and becomes suitable light to illuminate the specimen sheet (c), after changing the
direction of transmission, it passes through the eyepiece system (f) and zooms in for
the second time into the viewer's field of vision.
The total magnification of the microscope = (the magnification of the objective lens in
use) X (the magnification of the eyepiece in use)
3. Structure & Main Technical Specification
The structure is as shown in Figure 2.
1.Eyepiece
The eyepieces of this microscope are routinely configured as wide-field eyepieces WF10X and WF20X. Figure 1. Schematic diagram of

The basic specifications are as follows:

WF25X
2.Objective Lens
The standard configuration of the objective lens of this microscope is a DIN achromatic objective lens, mainly including 4X, 10X, 40X
(spring), 100X (spring head, Oil immersion lens). The 100X objective lens is an oil immersion lens. When using it, immersion oil should be
added between its front lens and the cover glass. If there are air bubbles entering the oil layer, the image quality will deteriorate. To drive out
the air bubbles, you can turn the converter several times or add a little more oil. After the oil immersion observation, remember to clean the
front lens of the objective lens and the parts stained with oil one by one.
The basic parameters of the DIN achromatic objective lens system are as follows:
