Motor cleaning
Occasionally remove the dust cassette (12) again. If
dust accumulated at the air vents (on the inside of
the integrated dust extraction): vacuum thoroughly.
7.3
Replace worn suction head (7)
1. See page 3, fig. A.
Press and hold the release knob (14). Pull off the
suction head (7) upwards and remove.
2. Push in the new suction head until it engages.
7.4
Replace worn filter (16)
1. See page 3, fig. B.
Position a Phillips screwdriver, as shown, and
turn a bit: this loosens the bracket of the
clamping flange (15) and the clamping flange
(15) can be removed.
If no screwdriver is available, the clamping
flange (15) can also be removed from its bracket
without tools.
2. Remove the old filter (16) and insert a new filter
(order no.: 6.23768).

Attach the clamping flange (15) as shown:
suspend at the bottom from the pivot bearing
and press upwards until it engages.

Observe national regulations on environmentally
compatible disposal and on the recycling of disused
machines, packaging and accessories.
Packaging materials must be disposed of according
to their labelling in accordance with municipal

Only for EU countries: never dispose of
power tools in your household waste! Used
power tools must be collected separately and
handed in for environmentally compatible recycling
in accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU
on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its
implementation in national legal systems.
