Intended use
This appliance is designed exclusively for blowing or vacuuming leaves and other yard waste around private
homes; it is not intended for use in a commercial environment. Any use of the appliance other than that
specified in these operating instructions may result in damage to the appliance or serious injury to the user.
Using the vacuum/blower
Do not attempt to vacuum wet debris, allow fallen leaves and other debris to dry before using the
vacuum/blower. The vacuum/blower can be used to blow debris off patios, paths, lawns, bushes, curbs and
driveways. It can also vacuum leaves, paper, small twigs and wood chips. When the vacuum/blower is used
in suction mode, debris is sucked up at the opening of its suction tube and ejected into the collection bag. As
it passes through the suction turbine, it is partially shredded. The shredded plant material is very suitable for
mulching plants.
Caution! If a hard object, e.g. a stone, iron can, glass, etc., is sucked in, it will damage the suction turbine.
Important
Do not use the vacuum/blower to suck up water or very wet debris.
Never use the vacuum/blower without its collection bag.
