• Do not scrape the bottom of pans or pots with the rod.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
When cleaning, pay attention to the following points:
• Remove the plug from the socket and wait for the product to cool. Do not immerse the engine in
water.
• Clean the motor section with a damp cloth. Add detergent if it is very dirty.
• Clean the blades and the bottom of the mixer under running water. Handle the blades with care
because they are sharp!
• Do not use steel wool, solvents or abrasives to clean plastic parts. Avoid touching the blades during
cleaning!
• Make sure the hand blender is clean and dry before storing it.
• Do not use the appliance if:
 these instructions have not been followed and the blender has been modified
