INSTALLING 125° LIMIT TO 170° HINGE
1. Open cabinet door 90° from closed. Locate the oval / oblong
slots located top and bottom of the hinge between the second
and third knuckle. Hook one end of limit clip into the upper
slot. Gently press down and in until the bottom of the clip
snaps into the lower slot. Check the installation by opening
the door past 90° until the clip causes resistance. The clip
should prohibit the door from swinging past 120°, but allow
the door to close freely. (Fig. 10)
REMOVING SOFT CLOSE HINGE ATTACHMENT
1. If necessary, the soft close attachment can be removed from
the hinge.
2. Remove the door from the body by unclipping each hinge.
(Fig. 5) Place the door on a secure flat surface, protecting
the mirror and with the hinges facing up.
3. Using a flat tip screwdriver, position the tip beneath the
triangle on the attachment as shown. Gently lift to remove
the attachment. (Fig. 11)
SHELVES, HOLE PLUG, BUMPERS INSTALLATION
NOTE: Carefully review the desired shelf locations. Hole plugs
are difficult to remove once inserted, so it is important
to locate the shelves properly before the hole plugs are
installed.
1. Select locations for shelves.
2. Insert four shelf brackets per shelf into holes in the side of
the housing. (2 per side)
3. Set shelves on the shelf brackets, press to snap in place.
(Fig 12 )
NOTE: There is a maximum load of 20 pounds / 9.07 kilograms
for each shelf.
4. Insert hole plugs into remaining open holes (Fig 13).
5. If the door on this model does not have a cushioned close
bumper strip, there will be two clear ,soft plastic bumpers
included the accessory bag. Remove backing material from
the two clear bumpers. Position and press one bumper onto
each corner of the housing flange (opposite of the hinges)
(Fig 14).
