Main wash detergent compartment
This compartment is for liquid or powder detergents
or limescale remover.
NOTE
Liquid detergent attachment not available on all
models.
Fabric conditioner, starch, detergent compartment
This compartment is for softeners, conditioners or
starch. Follow the instructions on the packaging. If
softeners leave residue after use, try diluting them or
using a liquid softener.
Pre-wash detergent compartment
This compartment should be used only when the
pre-wash feature is selected. The pre-wash feature is
recommend for use with very soiled laundry.
DETERGENT
It is recommended to use the amount of HE (High
Efficiency) detergent recommended by the detergent
manufacturer. Remember to reduce the amount of
detergent if the load is small or lightly soiled or if
the water supply is very soft water.
Laundry detergent pods MUST be placed directly
into the drum and NOT placed into the detergent
drawer.
1. Main detergent compartment.
• Never exceed the manufacturer's
recommendations when adding detergent.
2. Fabric softener compartment.
• Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
• Adding fabric softener is optional.
3. Pre-wash detergent compartment.
• Do not use more than 1/4 of the amount that
is put into the main detergent compartment.
• Adding pre-wash detergent is optional and
should only be used for heavily soiled loads.
