NOTE on material damage
− Only use utensils made of heat-resistant plastic or wood to remove
the grilled food from the grill plate. Knives or other metal objects will
irreparably damage the non-stick coating of the grill surfaces.
10. While cooking, check the food from time to time. When the food is ready, lift the upper
grill surface by the handle and remove the food from the grill plate.
‚ Grease and juices coming out of the food during grilling end up in the
grease tray. Empty the grease tray as necessary.
‚ Let the upper grill surface rest on the lower grill surface between the
grilling cycles. This way, you preserve the heat and spare yourself
preheating time.
After use
1. When finished grilling, set the temperature control to 0 and unplug the device from the
mains outlet.
2. Let the device cool down completely before cleaning, moving or storing it.
