General information
The purpose of this manual is to support the use and maintenance of the MS Avicleaner. Do not use the MS
Avicleaner before you read and understand the entire manual. In case of questions about the manual, and
the use and maintenance of the product please contact The Schippers Group specialists. The following
notes and explanations are absolutely necessary in order to use the unit.
Liability and conditions
Only qualified personnel may work with the MS Avicleaner in accordance with all the safety requirements,
including all the applicable laws, regulations and standards.
This documentation has been compiled with care, however the described device is being continually
developed. Therefore, it is possible that the documentation is not complete or that it does not fully
correspond to the performance data, standards or other functions described. In case of technical or writing
errors, we reserve the right to make changes to products that have already been delivered at any time and
without prior notice. For this reason, The Schippers Group cannot be held responsible for the contents of
this document.
General safety instructions
The owner of the MS Avicleaner must ensure that this manual is always available to the operating
personnel.
Keep the equipment out of reach of children and unauthorized individuals.
The user is responsible for the safe operation of the MS Aviclenaer. You must comply with all safety
instructions before you can work with the MS Avicleaner. Use proper personal protective equipment
(clothing, goggles, dust mask, earmuffs, gloves).
NEVER allow untrained personnel to operate the MS Avicleaner.
The MS Avicleaner was developed for use on feed and drinking lines in poultry farms.
Be sure to always use suitable fuel and always connect the system to a water pump with a pressure of max.
150 bars (per pipe).
Be sure to always remove the locking pin when moving the cleaning module, and when it is in position put
the locking pin back into the MS Avicleaner.
When adjusting the height of the MS Avicleaner always make sure that one user is at the control panel and
the other personnel/people keep at least 1.5 meters away from the MS Avicleaner.
Do NOT place objects on the hood or lean on it with bare skin when the engine is on or if it has been on in
the 2 hours after you have turned off the engine.
If you use the rinse kit, you must operate the MS Avicleaner with 2 people to work with it safely. 1 person
operates the MS Avicleaner, person 2 operates the rinse kit.
