REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
1. Cleaning the external printer and internal storage: use a damp cloth, gently
clean the surface of the printer and the internal paper storage space.
2. Cleaning the printer core: The printer core must be clean on time, especially
to avoid a decrease in print quality, the cleaning methods are as follows: put
cotton dipped in alcohol and gently clean the Ceramic parts of the printer core
as shown in the image below until it is clean enough.
3. If you find water inside the printer, please immediately turn off the printer
power, and dry the printer normally.
