Reason
Lack of paper in the
printer
1. The printer head is
too hot.
2. The lid is not tightly
closed.
The paper roll is installed

Bit rate selection error.
Solution
Install the paper roll
correctly
1. Open the lid
and dissipate heat
completely and continue
printing.
2. Close the lid correctly.
Please install the
paper roll in the correct
position.
Dip cotton in alcohol and
gently clean the parts
of the printer head until
they are clean.
Please choose a high
quality thermal paper.
Please check that
the power adapter is
properly connected
and the power switch is
pressed.
Select the correct print
drive port based on the
actual connection port.
Please set the COM
transmission rate based
on the COM information
in the DRIVE installation.
