2. EXERCISE INSTRUCTION
An effective exercise programme consists of a warm-up, an aerobic workout and a cool-down.
Perform the complete programme at least twice and preferably three times a week, resting one day
between workouts. After several months, you can increase the training to four or five times a week.
Warming up is an important part of training and should begin each session. It prepares the body for more
intense exercise by warming up and stretching the muscles, increasing circulation and pulse, and supplying
more oxygen to the muscles. At the end of the workout, repeat these exercises to reduce stiffness.
