After-sales service
If you encounter a problem using your appliance, carry out the
following steps first:
- Follow the operating guidelines, including the chapters relating
to cleaning, servicing and maintenance, as well as the description
of the error codes according to the appliance.

If, despite these steps, the problem is not resolved:
Appliance under warranty
- Request support for your device through the above website.
Or
- Call the service using the phone number specified on your
sales receipt/invoice.
The warranty is set at 2 years* minimum after the purchase of
the new appliance, and covers the costs of shipments home,
on-site work and spare parts.
* Excluding the peace of mind warranty or extended warranty.
WARNING: The legal or commercial warranty does not
cover any defects and consequences of defects resulting
from servicing and/or repairs to the product performed
by the user or a non-professional third party.

Regulatory guidelines
Device out of warranty and self-repair
The same procedure as for a device under warranty can be
performed but the costs are no longer covered.

CAUTION: Any on-site work and/or repair of the product by
the user or a non-professional third party may jeopardise
the safety of people and property.
CAUTION : The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for
damage occurring during self-repair insofar as this damage
is linked in particular to user error or non-compliance by
the latter with the product repair instructions.
