The table below lists some common problems and solutions. If you can't resolve a
problem, please contact your provider.

Recommended Solution
Remove the battery and re-install it
correctly.
Use the AC or DC power adapter to
operate the device (with the battery
inserted) to recharge the battery. If
this does not resolve the problem,
contact your equipment provider.
Check AC power connection and
verify solid green light on adapter.
Check DC power connection and at
cigarette lighter or auxiliary DC power
source.
Turn on the concentrator.
Check cannula and its connection to
the oxygen outlet port.
Contact your provider.
Wait 2 minutes for the device. If the
problem is not solved, please contact
your equipment provider.
Contact your provider to change the
sieve beds.
